Job description

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Builder-Associate on the Marketing Execution team, you should have expertise in orchestrating omni-channel customer journeys. You will design and execute omni-channel customer journeys to create engaging and personalized marketing experiences leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud AI capabilities to improve relevance, speed to market, and operational efficiency. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will streamline processes and optimize efforts to achieve business objectives. Our commitment to execution excellence drives impactful results and strengthens our brand presence while increasingly automating BAU activities as a first step toward more agentic, always-on marketing operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure a unified and seamless customer experience and incorporate AI-driven optimization features where appropriate (e.g., improving targeting, engagement, and performance).
  • Develop and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder, ensuring personalized and seamless experiences for our customers including AI-supported journey decisioning, testing, and optimization to improve customer outcomes and reduce manual effort.
  • Design and code responsive HTML email templates for effective communication with customers and partner with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing communication across channels and help translate business goals into AI-enabled use cases.
  • Develop and implement marketing automation processes to streamline repetitive tasks and improve overall efficiency including identifying BAU tasks suitable for AI-assisted automation (e.g., campaign QA support, journey monitoring, performance insights) in alignment with controls and governance.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science).
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Segment or CDP platforms.
  • Expertise in utilizing Journey Builder to create seamless and engaging customer experiences.
  • Strong experience in designing and coding responsive HTML email templates for optimal display across devices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices in designing and implementing omni-channel journeys.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud AI capabilities (e.g., Einstein features within SFMC) and how to apply them to improve personalization, targeting, and performance while adhering to governance, compliance, and brand standards.
  • Ability to interpret and act on AI-driven insights (e.g., engagement trends, audience opportunities) to inform journey optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and with Agile project methodologies.
  • Experience partnering with analytics/data science, product, or platform teams to operationalize AI-enabled marketing improvements (e.g., scalable personalization, experimentation, and optimization).
