Position Summary

A company known for designing and manufacturing automated weighing and packaging equipment for the cannabis industry are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Business Development Manager who can increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support our sales team through digital marketing, trade shows, technical content, and customer success stories.


This role will work closely with leadership and can build upon the company's existing marketing strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage company website and SEO.
  • Generate qualified sales leads through digital marketing.
  • Produce videos showcasing equipment, customer installations, and training.
  • Manage LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Create brochures, product sheets, and sales presentations.
  • Write email marketing campaigns and customer success stories.
  • Coordinate trade shows and marketing events.
  • Work with sales to develop proposals and marketing materials.
  • Track marketing performance and ROI.
  • Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing materials.
  • Photograph and document new equipment builds and installations.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Experience with video production and editing.
