This internship program provides students with the opportunity to explore the digital experience side of our Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM) business. Interns will gain exposure to key areas such as UX/UI design, digital strategy, product management, analytics, and marketing automation while also learning about the broader investment and retirement business. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to projects that enhance digital engagement, build financial literacy, and see firsthand how marketing and business teams collaborate to drive growth.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Learn about digital experience and the various functions within the Global Wealth & Asset Management Marketing department.

  • Support digital initiatives in design, product management, advanced analytics, events, or marketing automation.

  • Research business trends, provide input through competitive analysis, and share insights to inform decision making.

  • Participate in brainstorming and collaboration sessions to identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.

  • Build relationships with stakeholders across Global Wealth & Asset Management marketing, digital experience, and business partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, or related fields.

  • Strong interest in digital experience, marketing, and financial services.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship, co-op, or project experience in digital marketing, UX/UI design, or data analytics.

  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g., content management, analytics, marketing automation).

  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute to brainstorming and innovation sessions.

  • Strong relationship management skills with proven teamwork experience.
