David Weekley Homes is seeking a people-driven individual who is eager to learn and has an interest in pursuing residential homebuilding. By joining the Tampa division as a New Home Sales Associate, this individual will have the opportunity to learn the skills needed to be successful in new home sales and, after a training period of 6-12 months, increase your responsibilities with the transition to a New Home Sales Consultant position with big earning potential. 

Responsibilities:

New Home Sales Associates will participate in David Weekley Homes' training program while supporting Sales Consultants through customer service, administrative tasks, marketing and other duties.

Your responsibility is to bring a great attitude, enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!

Qualifications

Real estate experience is not required.  If you have recently graduated or have experience in hospitality, serving, education, banking, apartment leasing, event management or a comparable customer-facing role, we want to talk with you!
