JETSET Pilates is looking for a creative yet highly organized Marketing Assistant to support social media and marketing efforts across multiple franchise studio locations.
This role is ideal for someone who loves social media, has a strong eye for design, and understands trends in the fitness/wellness space - but is equally comfortable managing execution, organization, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running.
What You'll Do
Social Media, Graphics & Creative Execution
  • Design social media graphics aligned with JETSET's brand (posts, stories, announcements, etc.)
  • Create marketing flyers and promotional assets for events, partnerships, and studio initiatives
  • Manage and maintain posting schedules across multiple studio accounts
  • Concept and contribute ideas for Reels, TikToks, and content series based on current trends
  • Assist in executing content strategies focused on engagement, growth, and conversions
  • Support Instagram and TikTok optimization (captions, formatting, timing, etc.)

Content Capture
  • Capture photo and video content at events, studio activations, and occasional shoots
  • Be comfortable behind the camera directing simple content moments when needed
  • Organize and distribute content for marketing use

Marketing Operations & Organization
  • Manage trackers, spreadsheets, and internal systems (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Handle form submissions, content requests, and day-to-day marketing logistics
  • Stay on top of timelines, deliverables, and studio needs across multiple locations
  • Support campaign rollouts, events, and ongoing marketing initiatives

Partnerships & Communication
