We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing efforts, with a strong focus on tradeshows, events, and day-to-day marketing coordination.

Position Summary

The Marketing Assistant plays a key supporting role in executing Swan Analytical USA's marketing initiatives, with primary responsibility for coordinating tradeshows, conferences, and events. This role works closely with sales, marketing leadership, external vendors, and internal teams to ensure professional execution of events and consistent brand representation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Tradeshow & Event Support

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company tradeshows, conferences, and industry events
  • Manage event logistics, including booth materials, shipping, registrations, travel arrangements, and vendor communications
  • Support onsite event setup, teardown, and booth operations as needed (25–50% travel)
  • Maintain an organized inventory of tradeshow materials, branded items, and promotional supplies
  • Update and maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and documentation for tradeshows and conferences
  • Track event performance metrics, prepare post-event summaries, and identify opportunities for improvement

Marketing & Content Support

  • Support social media content creation and scheduling related to tradeshows, conferences, and company activities
  • Assist with coordination of marketing collateral, signage, presentations, and promotional items
  • Work with designers, printers, and vendors to ensure materials meet brand and quality standards
  • Provide general marketing support for campaigns, product launches, and sales enablement initiatives

Internal Marketing & Culture

  • Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events, celebrations, and company activities
  • Help manage internal marketing initiatives that support employee engagement and company culture
  • Support internal communications related to marketing efforts, events, and announcements
