Summary:

The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and amplifying the organization's employer brand through compelling storytelling, content creation, and strategic talent marketing initiatives. This role partners with Recruitment Advertising vendors, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, and organizational leaders to curate authentic employee experiences, showcase career opportunities, and position the organization as an employer of choice. The Specialist creates, supports, and manages content across multiple channels-including career sites, social media platforms, recruitment campaigns, workforce development initiatives, and internal communications-to attract, engage, and nurture top talent while supporting organizational recruitment goals.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates with external vendors, photographers, videographers, and creative partners as needed.Promotes the organization's culture, mission, values, employee experiences, and career opportunities through engaging storytelling.Partners with Recruitment Advertising vendor to support the design and implementation of talent attraction campaigns to support critical hiring needs and workforce development initiatives.Responds to inquiries and engages with prospective candidates as appropriate.Maintains brand asset libraries and content repositories.Ensures consistency of employer brand messaging across all recruitment and talent attraction channels in alignment with employer brand guidelines and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).Collaborates with recruiters to develop targeted content for specific talent segments and hard-to-fill roles.Ensures consistent and timely content publication.Partners with Talent Acquisition leadership to align branding initiatives with workforce planning and recruitment priorities.Supports digital marketing initiatives across social media, career sites, email campaigns, sourcing platforms, and talent communities.Builds and maintain relationships with employees across the organization to identify stories that showcase workplace culture and career growth opportunities.Monitors employer brand perception and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.Promotes hiring events, internships, fellowships, residencies, apprenticeships, and career pathway programs.Captures and celebrates organizational achievements, awards, recognitions, and employee milestones.Creates, curates, and manages compelling content that highlights employee stories, career pathways, organizational achievements, workforce development programs, and community impact in partnership with recruitment advertising vendor.Optimizes content to improve candidate engagement and conversion rates.Monitors and reports on content performance, engagement metrics, campaign effectiveness, and employer branding initiatives; provides recommendations for enhancements wherever opportunity exists for content effectiveness to Talent Acquisition Leadership.Conducts interviews with employees, leaders, residents, fellows, interns, and program participants to capture authentic experiences and success stories as required.Develops employer branding content across social media platforms and digital channels in partnership with Recruitment Advertising vendor.Partners with Recruitment Advertising vendor, Marketing, Communications, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and operational leaders on strategic initiatives.Maintains the recruitment marketing editorial calendar to support recruitment campaigns, hiring events, awareness initiatives, and organizational priorities.Monitors trends, engagement metrics, and audience insights to inform content strategy.Oversees multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and organizational priorities.Develops and executes employer branding strategies that strengthen the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.Ensures content and collaterals align with EVP brand guidelines.Identifies opportunities to leverage emerging platforms and storytelling formats.
