Intro
Restore is seeking a Marketing Associate with a degree in marketing, arts, or business. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have a passion for health and wellness, we want to meet you.
As a Marketing Associate, you'll play an integral role in cultivating and maintaining the Restore culture. We're looking for a team-oriented individual with strong leadership qualities to assist our Marketing Manager with a wide range of marketing responsibilities. These include event support, social media content creation, email and text campaigns, and more. This is your chance to join Restore on a mission to help people do more of what they love through our innovative, science-backed wellness services.
Key Roles as a Marketing Associate
  • Work alongside our Marketing Manager to support all marketing efforts
  • Create social media calendars
  • Build social media content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Moderating social channels and responding to questions and comments from the public
  • Support managers with marketing efforts for events
  • Help plan monthly marketing promotions and themes
  • Generate leads via organic social media efforts
  • Advocate clients to write online reviews for our great service.
  • Produce recurring reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement for our clients
  • Personal transportation required to all Illinois locations (Deerfield, Northbrook, Evanston, Oakbrook Terrace, West Loop, and Lincoln Park)

Qualifications
  • You're a health and wellness enthusiast and have a passion for fitness.
  • You enjoy the sales process and have a proven track record of success.
  • You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • You're a numbers person and can deliver action plans based on key metrics.
  • You have background knowledge in creating email and text campaigns using softwares like Mailchimp, Referizzer, Constant Contact, or others.
  • You have a strong eye for design and detail and feel comfortable and confident in creating graphics, videos, and photos for social media
  • You have a background using Adobe Suite design tools (or similar softwares).
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field.
