Job Summary:

Harmann Studios Inc. seeks a highly motivated, data-driven Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years experiencefocused on generating customer leads across our five photography divisions. The ideal candidate will use a multifaceted approach to create a dynamic marketing plan utilizing social media, CRM platforms, and B2B partnerships.


As an energetic self-starter, your primary objective is hitting weekly lead goals to consistently drive bookings. You will blend creative brand storytelling with strong data analysis to enhance our presence, foster community relationships, and open new avenues for growth. At Harmann, the only bad marketing idea is one never given a chance!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing goals and strategies to attract new contacts and accounts, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and values.
  • Utilize social media marketing by posting, maintaining a monthly social media calendar, and collaborating with team members on content relevant to our audience. Stay updated with new platforms and trends.
  • Plan and organize community outreach activities to promote sales growth and engagement. This may involve attending and participating in local events such as auctions.
  • Work with local nonprofits for donations and event sponsorships, providing exceptional customer service to clients and Harmann Studios team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive new lead generation through business partnerships, social media advertising, third-party gifting, and targeted displays in businesses frequented by our clients, ultimately promoting sales growth.
  • Create marketing efforts related to social media and websites, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
  • Manage marketing materials, including calls and written communications to potential customers and business partners.
  • Accurately and efficiently record information in databases, Google Docs, and other Company-utilized methods of record keeping.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support the marketing and customer relations team.


Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Results-Driven Marketing Experience: A proven track record of designing and executing marketing campaigns that directly resulted in measurable market share growth and a stronger competitive advantage for previous employers.
  • Demonstrated ROI via the STAR Method: Ability to clearly articulate your past successes using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) in your application or interview, specifically detailing the actions you took and the data-backed results (e.g., percentages, revenue) that prove your impact on market share.
  • Strategic Marketing Experience: Proven track record as an innovative, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist capable of developing and flawlessly executing a strict 360-day marketing calendar.
  • Comprehensive Marketing & Design Skills: Deep knowledge of traditional and digital marketing (SEO, Social Media), backed by strong writing, editing, and design capabilities (Adobe Creative Suite).
