Position Overview
The CMO oversees marketing strategies, brand architecture, performance analytics, customer insights, and multi-channel campaign execution across UIDC's entire enterprise. This leader partners directly with the President, executive team, General Managers, and business unit leaders to drive measurable revenue gains, customer growth, brand strength, cross-business engagement, and long-term enterprise vitality.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned enterprise marketing executive with deep experience managing multiple brands, complex business portfolios, and sophisticated marketing technology ecosystems.
Key Executive Responsibilities
Enterprise Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and lead the enterprise-wide marketing strategy aligned with financial performance, customer growth goals, portfolio priorities, and measurable ROI.
  • Translate strategy into outcomes including revenue growth, visitation, customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, brand equity, market share, and campaign performance.
  • Govern multi-brand architecture and standards while protecting individual business identities.

Portfolio Growth & Revenue Optimization
  • Align marketing strategies with revenue goals across hospitality, gaming, tourism, retail, food & beverage, property management, and additional UIDC operations.
  • Lead enterprise-wide cross-promotional strategies to increase engagement and portfolio awareness.
  • Utilize segmentation, loyalty data, and analytics to deepen personalization and customer lifetime value.

Digital, Traditional & Multi-Channel Marketing Leadership
  • Lead strategy across SEO, digital advertising, social media, content, web, email, and emerging technologies.
  • Oversee traditional media including broadcast, print, OOH, and event marketing.
  • Ensure high-performing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business results.

Customer Insights & Experience Strategy
  • Oversee enterprise research and analytics to influence major business decisions.
  • Lead customer journey design and experience improvements in partnership with operations leaders.

Marketing Technology & Analytics Oversight
  • Direct the use of CRM systems, analytics platforms, segmentation engines, automation tools, and dashboards.

Agency, Vendor & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Manage creative, media, and marketing agency relationships and vendor performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
  • 10+ years senior marketing leadership across multi-brand enterprises or complex portfolios
  • Proven record driving measurable business outcomes including revenue growth, visitation, loyalty, brand strength, and campaign ROI
  • Expertise in digital strategy, analytics, segmentation, CRM, automation, and multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience overseeing marketing technology ecosystems, dashboards, and data governance
  • Demonstrated leadership of budgets, agencies, vendors, and complex marketing operations
  • Strong executive presence; highly skilled communicator with board-level experience
  • Experience in hospitality, gaming, tourism, retail, food & beverage, or regulated industries preferred
  • Experience working respectfully within Tribal enterprises or mission-driven organizations
  • Ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for UIDC's Drivers Program
