  • Grow the market by developing new business, expanding existing client partnerships, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales, recruiting, and operations team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Own the market's P&L, using financial and operational data to drive performance, profitability, and long-term growth.
