About the Role
Playbook is seeking to bring on an exceptional market researcher who will be able to manage large-scale data-driven projects within the SaaS field. This position will lead the marketing research function at Playbook. The position requires the ability to accurately identify industry and market trends, along with strong project management skills and the capacity to present project results to different departments in a digestible manner. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is data-driven and has a strong drive to tackle challenging large-scale projects.

Tasks, Duties, Responsibilities

  • Help manage our Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram accounts outreach

  • Executing sequences on email for Linkedin to create lists for the sales department

  • Escalating leads for business opportunities for reaching enterprise clients

  • Coordinating meetings and events with clients current and future clients

  • Implementing systems and tactics to improve our outreach.

  • Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies

  • Analytical skills to understand significant amounts of information and data

  • Communication skills for gathering and interpreting data and presenting the results to the company or clients

  • Expert communication skills to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

  • Critical thinking skills to assess all available information and determine the marketing strategy that is best for a company

  • Detail-oriented in order to complete precise data analysis
