About the Opportunity

TAG CX is looking for a curious and driven intern to support our Sponsorship & Finance Committee. This is not a “sit back and observe” internship - this is a chance to contribute to real strategy, real partnerships, and real outcomes.

You’ll work at the intersection of customer experience, partnerships, and revenue strategy, helping shape how TAG-CX attracts, engages, and retains sponsors in a dynamic, event-driven ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone interested in exposure to senior leaders across Atlanta’s CX and technology community.

As part of this internship, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to an AI-driven initiative focused on sponsorship strategy, including:

  • Using AI tools to identify and prioritize high-potential sponsor targets
  • Analyzing company positioning, leadership priorities, and market signals
  • Supporting the development of data-informed outreach strategies
  • Exploring how AI can enhance personalization and efficiency in partner engagement

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience applying AI to real business problems—not just theory.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct research on prospective sponsors and create concise, executive-ready insights
  • Support development of sponsorship strategy, segmentation, and targeting
  • Assist in building and refining pitch materials and sponsorship packages
  • Help manage outreach tracking, documentation, and internal processes
  • Contribute to sponsor engagement efforts and follow-ups
  • Attend at least two TAG CX events to gain in-person exposure and networking opportunities

What You Bring

  • Strong research and analytical thinking skills
  • Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
  • Ability to synthesize information into clear, actionable insights
  • Comfort using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and/or AI tools (or willingness to learn quickly)

Why This Internship?

  • Real impact: Contribute to live sponsorship strategy and execution
  • AI exposure: Gain practical experience applying AI to business strategy
  • Access: Build relationships with leaders across CX, tech, and enterprise organizations
  • Skill development: Strengthen research, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Network: Plug into the TAG CX community and expand your professional circle

Ready to Apply?

If you’re resourceful, intellectually curious, and excited to work on meaningful, strategic projects—we’d love to meet you. Apply today and help shape the future of sponsorship strategy at TAG CX.
