The Manager of Market Planning for North America will be primarily responsible for managing the growth and optimization of the North American real estate portfolio. The Manager will use data driven analytics to support the real estate team in optimizing store action plans across North American brands. This role works across Store Development, Customer Experience, Finance, and Brand leadership teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on real estate strategic plans. The candidate must have exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Incorporating a data driven and systematic approach to required analyses.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain 3-5 year store action and financial plan for all North American stores
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to develop hypotheses and build business cases to inform strategic tradeoffs and decisions
  • Perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis to support conclusions and influence decisions, including customer segmentation analysis, market prioritization and sizing, market trend analysis, business analysis, and financial planning
  • Operate effectively across internal stakeholders, including Store Development, Strategy, Customer Experience, Finance, Brand leadership, and the executive leadership team.
  • Synthesize analyses into compelling presentations and effectively communicate findings on key trends, insights, and implications while aligning stakeholders on action plans
  • Support the execution and tracking of key strategic initiatives including AB testing and hind-sighting analysis

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, economics, finance, real estate, or statistics
  • 3-5 years experience with analytical role (Real Estate, Strategy, Data Analytics, Finance or Business Analysis)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret business data and translate into insightful recommendations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including developing leadership-ready presentations
  • Highly motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Co-pilot
  • GIS knowledge, ArcGIS Online, ESRI, QGIS a plus

Benefits
The annual base salary range is $85,000 - 95,000/ year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
