SUMMARY
The Niemann Harvest Market Bakery Mixer is responsible for mixing raw ingredients to produce baked goods, gaining product knowledge and working in a safe manner while fostering the Niemann Harvest Market culture

  • Scales raw ingredients
  • Scales into baking vessel
  • Bakes and packages product
  • Uses all equipment needed to produce baked goods
  • Follow all Health Code guideline
  • Follows all store and department policies and procedures
  • Follows safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
