Construction Management & Engineering

Market Manager -Virginia (Fairfax, Woodstock, Culpeper, Fredericksburg)

In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our installation partners and homeowners

Manage and monitor all activities in your assigned Market, including but not limited to:

  • Managing your Market Installation Partners
  • On site measurements as required
  • Cabinet inspections/verification of measurements
  • Participate in all Project Review Sessions
  • Working with your Market Support Specialist to Scheduling starts (projects)
  • Status reports
  • Customer follow-ups
  • COC/Survey completions
  • Follow up with stores on missing materials
  • Relationships with CPO Coordinators
  • Prepare or review timely cost estimates for all projects as needed
  • Site visits as required for excellent project management, (Start Days and Final Walkthrough)
  • Communicate with customers and keep them updated on job status
  • Establish relationships with potential installation partners for your market
