We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Market Associate. As a Market Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our market. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and creating a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their purchases, providing product information and recommendations
-Coffee and Specialty Beverage Production
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers
- Maintain a clean and organized market environment
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in cash handling is preferred
- Barista experience is an advantage
