Tryon Resort is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Banquet Captain to lead our
banquet team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. If you thrive in a professional
setting where Southern hospitality meets world-class service, we invite you to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee banquet events, ensuring smooth execution from setup to breakdown.
Lead and mentor banquet staff, providing clear direction and training.
Maintain high service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with event planners and culinary teams to ensure seamless service.
Monitor banquet setup, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.
Manage banquet inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous banquet or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of banquet service procedures and event execution.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
