How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Aligns market-level operations with national Clinical Professional Development (CPD) and strategic priorities.
  • Translates overarching strategies into actionable local plans that enable growth and consistency through leveraging quantitative data and direct observations to assess performance and inform decisions.
  • Develops, implements, and monitors market-specific strategies that drive awareness, alignment, and accountability in pursuit of achieving and maintaining key performance indicators.
  • Leads change by communicating vision and supporting transition readiness. Ensures budget stewardship while advancing CPD goals for clinical associates.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with market executives, Chief Nursing Officers, hospital leadership, enterprise partners, and other key stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration across stakeholders to ensure alignment.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 Months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • Master's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

  • Travel within the market to various sites, some overnight stays possible
