Sadie hotel division is transforming how hotels communicate with guests using AI powered voice technology. Our platform answers inbound calls 24-7, manages bookings, captures upsell opportunities and integrates with major hotel systems across the globe.

About The Role

The Sadie Hotel division is hiring a Business Development Manager to own and grow a key regional market. This is a high-impact, front-line sales role focused on acquiring independent hotels and regional hotel groups.

You will be one of Sadie's early hires in your market, with ownership of the territory and direct access to senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone who has sold hospitality SaaS before and wants to take a leading role in scaling a new, high-ROI product category.

This market is a priority growth area for Sadie, and this role will help shape our long-term go-to-market strategy in the region.

What You'll Do

Own and grow your assigned market

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for your territory, focusing on independent hotels and regional groups.
  • Identify high-potential regions, segments, and buyer profiles within the local market.

Drive new business

  • Prospect and qualify new opportunities using outbound outreach, inbound leads, and industry relationships.
  • Run consultative sales conversations with hotel owners, general managers, and operations leaders.
  • Deliver product demos that clearly articulate ROI, operational impact, and guest experience improvements.

Manage deals end-to-end

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Accurately forecast, manage deal progression, and close new business.
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing, deal structure, and commercial strategy.

Be the voice of the market

  • Gather feedback from prospects and customers to inform product development and positioning.
  • Represent Sadie at regional hospitality events, trade shows, and networking functions, including traveling.

Work cross-functionally

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Product to refine messaging and improve conversion.
  • Help shape sales playbooks and processes.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in hospitality SaaS, hotel technology, or OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and hospitality buying dynamics.
  • Experience selling to independent hotels or regional hotel groups is highly valued.
  • Comfortable owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can build trust quickly with hospitality decision-makers.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in an early-stage, high-ownership environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Strong technical understanding of hospitality technology ecosystems, including how systems such as PMS, channel managers, CRS, and revenue management platforms interact.
  • Ability to confidently discuss integrations, data flows, and system capabilities with both operational and technical stakeholders at hotel organizations.
  • Bonus: A strong network within the hotel industry and prior experience selling hospitality technology (PMS, Channel Management, CRS, Revenue Management, or related solutions).

Why Join Sadie?

  • Join a fast-growing hospitality AI company creating a new category, not just another feature.
  • Take full ownership of a key regional market with strong leadership support.
  • Clear opportunity to grow into expanded responsibility and leadership as the region scales.
  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
  • Flexible remote work setup with a collaborative, global team.
  • Backed by Valsoft, combining startup speed with long-term stability.
