Position Overview

Secondary Market Analysts support private capital teams by analyzing secondary market transactions, monitoring portfolio valuations, and assisting with the execution of fund interests in the secondary market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze secondary market opportunities for private capital assets, including private equity, venture capital, real estate, and credit funds

  • Support transaction execution, valuation assessments, and due diligence of secondary fund interests

  • Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to evaluate portfolio positions and liquidity scenarios

  • Monitor fund performance, NAV movements, and capital calls/distributions

  • Assist in preparing investment memos, presentations, and materials for internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
