About this roleInstruct college students in accordance with educational theories and techniques. Develops discipline related curricula, assess student learning, participates in program evaluation, and college activities. Maintains college and department standards in support of the College's mission and strategic plan.

Minimum Requirements:

Eight years of field experience or Two years of field experience and Marine Industry Certifications or Military Marine Certifications or ASE T1 and T2.

Preferred:

Associate or bachelor's degree in the field or in CTE education with marine field experience

Marine Industry Certifications

Military Marine Certifications
OR
ASE or ABYC Certifications
AND
2 years of minimum field experience
OR
8 years minimum experience in the field
(No certification required)
OR
Diesel, Automotive, or Marine License or
Certification from a recognized Institution
and an Associate, Bachelor's, or master's
degree in Post-Secondary or CTE
Education with 5-years minimum of field
and teaching experience verifiable. NO
ASE Requirement. EPA609 will be
required. 10 years of minimum field
experience.
