Are you ready for a dynamic role in a fast-paced marine environment? We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to fill an entry-level position at our highly productive marine terminal in Philadelphia, PA. This facility, renowned for its efficiency, is pivotal in ensuring swift cargo handling, offering a strategic advantage to the maritime industry.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct security patrols either on foot or in a vehicle
  • Operate and monitor access control systems and CCTV
  • Ensure the security and safety of the premises by identifying any irregular activities
  • Communicate effectively through various devices
  • Respond to emergencies, sound alarms, and contact emergency services when necessary
  • Enforce property rules and regulations to ensure order and compliance
  • Monitor and control access of persons entering and exiting the facility
  • Document and report on daily activities, incidents, and any suspicious activities
  • Provide professional assistance to all stakeholders on site
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possesses a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) and a valid Driver's License
  • At least five years of driving experience preferred
  • Previous security experience is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to various situations and deescalate potential conflicts
  • Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
