We build long-lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships with farmers who share our standards for quality, transparency, safety, and ethical production.Our goal is to provide high-quality, high-purity, pesticide-free cannabis extracts at a competitive price.Position OverviewThe Packaging Specialist accurately weighs, fills, labels, and packages cannabis extracts for distribution. Since this position handles regulated cannabis products, attention to detail is essential. Products must be packaged and labeled correctly according to company procedures and Oregon cannabis regulations.This role also requires maintaining a consistently clean and sanitary workspace. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable performing repetitive work, and able to maintain both speed and quality throughout a 10-hour shift.What You'll DoWeigh and package cannabis extracts into the correct containers.Apply product and compliance labels accurately.Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.Record production, packaging, and inventory information.Prepare finished products for delivery and distribution.Load and unload supplies from machines, carts, and dollies.Keep packaging and production areas clean and sanitized.Follow company procedures, safety standards, and cannabis regulations.Communicate production needs or concerns to supervisors and coworkers.Assist with other packaging and production duties as assigned.QualificationsApplicants must be at least 21 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess a current OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit. Employees must be comfortable working in cooler temperatures, remaining seated for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks throughout a 10-hour shift.Close visual focus and repetitive use of the hands, fingers, and arms are required when handling small containers, products, and labels. White Label Extracts provides a company smock.
