Job description

At Marian College 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Admissions Coordinator to support and guide prospective students through the enrollment process for our nursing program.

This role requires a balance of organization, communication, and follow-through. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing documentation and compliance while also engaging with prospective students and helping them take the next step in their educational journey.


Key Responsibilities    

•    Guide prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment     

•    Communicate clearly and consistently with applicants (phone, email, in-person)     

•    Follow up with prospective students and maintain engagement throughout the process     

•    Collect, review, and track required documentation     

•   Ensure all admissions files are complete and compliant     

•    Coordinate with administrative and academic departments     

•    Maintain accurate records and communication logs

Qualifications     

•    Strong attention to detail and organization     

•    Professional and confident communication skills     

•    Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple applicants at different stages     

•    Comfortable having direct conversations with prospective students about next steps     

•    Prior experience in admissions, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
