Are you passionate about delicious pizza and creating memorable customer experiences? We’re looking for a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team at Marcos Pizza!

What You’ll Do:

As Shift Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our team and ensuring smooth operations during your shifts.

Ensuring Pizzas & additional items are made to standard, kitchen runs efficiently, and orders are completed accurately and on time.

Overseeing daily operations and maintaining high-quality customer service standards.

Managing staff breaks, and performance during shifts.

Train and work alongside staff in food preparation, service standards, and safety protocols.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.

Manage inventory control and cash handling procedures.


What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in staff training and management within the food service industry

Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management and hospitality

Proficient in food preparation and kitchen management

Knowledge of inventory, labor, food cost control
