Job description

You will serve as a Program Manager (Project Integration Team Lead) for the Navy-Marine Expeditionary Ship Interdiction System (NMESIS) program in the office for Ground Weapon Systems (GWS) of MARCORSYSCOM/Portfolio Acquisition Executive-Marine Corps.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
-Mastery level of knowledge of the Defense Acquisition Program Management policies and activities. This includes significant knowledge of the wide range of technical and business system, process and practices used to manage weapon systems acquisition, the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System.
-Ability to lead a team of individuals possessing diverse skills engaged in Defense Acquisition program activities. This also includes a sound understanding of matters dealing with team formation, team training, and professional development.
-Ability and experience to communicate at the highest levels both orally and in writing and demonstrated Mastery of skills in problem solving and decision-making techniques.
