You'll be the one bringing our brand to life through campaigns that actually mean something and storytelling that hits different. You aren't just "managing" things, you're executing integrated campaigns that drive real results and bring our key brand attributes to the next level. We need a smart brain for strategy, a sharp eye for creative and someone who thrives in a fast-paced agile environment, without breaking the vibe.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop 360 communication strategies with multiple touchpoints to promote different programs or products to customers.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, influencing the customer journey and ensuring alignment with business priorities and brand objectives.

  • Plan, manage, and execute quarterly campaigns (end to end) to support acquisition and brand building KPIs.

  • Manage and build customer base initiatives to develop end-to-end customer communications that are engaging, personalized, and aligned with marketing and product strategies while maintaining consistency with the brand across all channels.

  • Support and implement a brand strategy and narrative that drives differentiation, leveraging brand health tracking to ensure alignment with business goals and brand positioning in close collaboration with the brand team.

  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of integrated multi-channel campaign development from briefing to execution, and teaming closely with the squad (marketing, social media, media, product, marketing automation, web, and customer experience)and partner agencies to deliver on-time, and on-budget

  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track and analyze performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of acquisition and communication efforts, culminating in post-campaign reports with actionable insights and learnings, built in collaboration with media and performance teams.

  • Work closely with media partners and performance & insights teams to optimize brand and campaigns.

  • Ensure integration of acquisition campaigns with the overarching plan for the brand, aligning objectives, strategies, tactics, and KPIs.

  • Identify and prioritize target audience needs by segments and markets, focusing on key value drivers and competitive differentiators.

  • Work closely with the brand team and social media lead to ensure communications consistency.

  • Keep up to date with market developments, new trends in advertising, in social media and in branding, consumer insights and competitor strategies. Have an exceptional grasp on current events and news, and an understanding of their impact on welo's communication strategy.

  • Plan the annual advertising budget, closely monitor the budget in collaboration with the finance department to reach business objectives and optimize ROI , and maintain meticulous oversight of daily expenditures.

  • Evaluate and solve problems that may arise during project realization by providing creative solutions.

  • Ensure project scope and timelines are met, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.

  • Building project plans, tracking documents and campaign frameworks to effectively manage brand and acquisition programs, inform and keep project team members organized.

ACADEMIC TRAINING

  • Bachelor's or masters degree in communication/marketing or other related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years of relevant experience

  • Proven expertise in marketing and brand and strategy, with a focus on delivering results.

  • Proven experience leading end to end 360 brand campaigns in tandem with creative and media agencies.

  • Experience in telecommunications is an asset.

  • Experience working with a digital brand and in an agile environment is a plus.

For candidates whose primary place of work will be in Maryland, the expected salary range for this specific position is $105 000 - $157 400.
