Gan Academy is a small, warm Jewish preschool where children are known deeply and teachers are supported personally. Our program combines play-based learning, Creative Curriculum, and joyful Jewish values education.
Teachers at Gan Academy work in a close-knit environment with small ratios, strong parent relationships, and a director who is actively present, supportive, and committed to helping teachers succeed. The school emphasizes warmth, respect, kindness, and helping children grow socially, emotionally, academically, and spiritually.
Position Overview
Gan Academy is hiring a Lead Preschool Teacher to work primarily with children ages 3–4. This teacher will help lead the classroom day-to-day, build strong relationships with children and families, support play-based learning, and help implement curriculum.
This is a strong fit for an educator who is warm, reliable, emotionally steady, and genuinely engaged with young children.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a classroom of preschool children ages 3–4
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences

Qualifications
Required:
  • Complete Colorado state-mandated early childhood courses
  • CPR/First Aid Certified

  • Experience as a lead teacher or assistant teacher in a preschool setting

Compensation & Benefits
  • $20–$25/hour

Schedule
  • Monday–Thursday: 8:15 AM–3:45 PM
