Collaborate closely with Application Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop new service maps and patterns using various methodologies. Coordinate with Asset Management Developers to create or update Discovery patterns as needed for Service Mapping. Engage with IT Service Management (ITSM) stakeholders to showcase the benefits of Service Mapping for Incident and Change Management processes.
