You are eager to understand and find solutions, allowing you to quickly adapt to changing situations and come up with new ideas. As a strategic thinker, you take into consideration the big picture and critically assess the projects you're working on, consulting and advising when needed. At the same time, you solve problems analytically and pragmatically, both independently and as part of the team.
