Responsibilities

  • Manage service orders and oversee the daily flow of the service drive, ensuring every customer receives prompt, courteous, and professional service.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience by providing outstanding service from check-in through vehicle delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
  • Maximize technician productivity by efficiently scheduling and assigning repair orders.
  • Coordinateworkflowand distribute work effectively among technicians.
  • Answer customer questionsregardingvehicle maintenance, repairs, warranties, and recommended services.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction and Customer Success Index (CSI) scores at or above company standards.
  • Assistin diagnosing vehicle concerns andcoordinatethe ordering of necessary parts and tools.
  • Oversee warranty claim administration while supporting andassistingthe service department team.
  • Reinforce company policies and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
