We provide our customers with facility design and construction services which includes; sales and service for irrigation; grain handling; manure handling; and constructing high tech manure separation systems nationwide. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Local and regional travel opportunities are available
  • Build state-of-the-art dairy facilities through general construction and mechanical duties (including but not limited to concrete work, installation and repair of Ag related equipment, welding, and pipe fitting)
  • Prepare for an maintain orderly job sites throughout life of project
  • Maintain a safe work environment as directed through our safety program
  • Uphold a sense of urgency, professionalism, and ownership in preparation for jobs and on worksite
  • Work effectively with team members, taking leadership role when necessary
  • Maintain excellent communication with co-workers and supervisors
  • Ability to adjust to customer requests providing essential support
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending related training

Qualifications:

  • Understand machinery, hydraulics, electricity, and concrete forming & finishing
  • Possess good judgement, quality focus and demonstrate dependability, and drive
  • Ability to work independently, being highly productive and efficient when working alone or within a team
  • Welding / torch skills
  • Capable of acquiring and maintaining a class A CDL license
  • Equipment experience and knowledge
  • Physical ability to help with general day to day maintenance of construction tools and machinery, lift 50+ pounds, bend/crouch regularly, extensive walking, work outside in all weather conditions on a regular basis
