Job description

Job Overview:
We are hiring dependable production workers for a manufacturing facility with immediate needs in multiple departments. These are temp-to-hire opportunities with a background friendly - second chance employer.
Open Positions:
  • Foam Cutting / Machine Operator – Operate foam cutting machines and production equipment
  • Finishers – Buffing, sanding, and surface finishing
  • Trim & Drill Department – Trimming and detail work
Pay & Benefits:
Starting Rate: $19.50/HR
Pay increase upon permanent hire after 90 days
Full benefits package after 90 days (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime may be available
Requirements:
  • Must be okay with strong smells and dust
  • Must have a year or two of experience with manufacturing environments and working with heavy tools or experience with manufacturing materials such as: Resin, fiber glass, and diligent attention to details when it comes to processes.

Job Description:
  • Our client is a global supplier and manufacturer of radomes and other custom composite structures.
  • As a Manufacturing Associate you will be assisting in the process of prepping, finishing, and packing radome products for customers.
  • The main duties of this position will be using basic power hand tools to cut, drill, prep, polish, and buff each part. You will also be assisting with packaging finished products into crates.
  • Attention to detail and quality control is needed to assure that each item is ready for shipment.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate various hand tools and power tools to assemble and fabricate products according to specifications
  • Work on the assembly line, ensuring all components are accurately assembled and meet quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Perform routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper operation
  • Safely operate forklifts as needed for material handling (if certified; training available)
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
  • Ability to work with fiberglass and resin materials
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
