Role Overview
We are seeking a Process Superintendent to support the construction of a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing facility in Boise, ID. This individual will lead the execution of process utility systems and coordinate activities from design through commissioning and turnover. As a Superintendent you will partner closely with contractors, engineers, and client stakeholders to safely deliver complex process mechanical systems within an active semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the field leader and system owner for process utility systems from design through turnover.
  • Coordinate construction activities with subcontractors, foremen, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Drive safe work execution and ensure compliance with project safety procedures and task planning requirements.
  • Manage system installation activities, resolve constructability issues, and remove execution roadblocks.
  • Review design packages, drawings, and specifications to ensure system functionality and constructability.
  • Participate in look-ahead planning, schedule management, and recovery planning activities utilizing Primavera P6.
  • Monitor installation quality, perform field walks, and lead punch list and turnover activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and contractors to resolve technical and field execution issues.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of construction experience supporting process mechanical or utility systems.
  • Experience as a Process Mechanical Superintendent, Process Utilities Superintendent, Mechanical Superintendent, Construction Manager, or Tool Install Superintendent.
  • Strong understanding of process utility systems, including: Clean Dry Air, Chilled Water, Process cooling systems, Utility piping systems, Higher-purity mechanical systems
  • Experience supporting semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or industrial facilities preferred.
  • Ability to read drawings, specifications, and P&IDs and coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces.
  • Proven experience managing subcontractors and driving safety, quality, and schedule performance.
  • Primavera P6 experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and field execution skills.
