Role Overview

The Sales Project Manager leads large commercial HVAC projects from initial opportunity through final closeout. This role blends sales, estimating, and project management, ensuring profitable, on-time, high‑quality delivery. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with strong technical understanding and the ability to coordinate teams, vendors, and clients in a fast-paced environment.


Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
  • Identify and pursue commercial HVAC opportunities with general contractors, property managers, and commercial clients.

  • Conduct site visits to assess scope, technical requirements, and customer needs.

  • Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and bid packages.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details to secure profitable work.

  • Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and strengthen Eco Home Solutions’ market presence.

Project Management & Execution
  • Manage all phases of commercial HVAC projects from planning to completion.

  • Develop project schedules, coordinate manpower, and oversee subcontractors and vendors.

  • Lead project meetings, provide progress updates, and resolve issues proactively.

  • Conduct final inspections and ensure successful project closeout.

Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Work closely with installation teams, service technicians, warehouse staff, and leadership.

  • Provide clear communication and documentation to ensure alignment across departments.

  • Support the sales team with technical expertise and project insights.

  • Mentor junior team members on commercial project processes and best practices.

Customer Experience & Quality Assurance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Maintain exceptional communication, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

  • Address concerns quickly and ensure high-quality workmanship.

  • Uphold Eco Home Solutions’ standards of craftsmanship, safety, and integrity.


Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in commercial project management or commercial HVAC sales.

  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation processes, and commercial job requirements.

  • Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency with project management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
