What You'll Get to Do
The Facility EHS Manager is responsible for leading and managing the facility's safety, health, and environmental activities to build a strong safety culture with zero harm focus and full compliance with all government regulations and company requirements.
This role is perfect for an individual who wants to provide guidance, support the facility and all environmental aspects of operations. A vital member of the team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Job responsibilities include:
  • Ensure compliance with all pertinent OSHA, EPA and OBE requirements, programs, and regulations.
  • Maintain company's database and all other safety and environmental-related records in accordance with all federal, state, local, and company requirements.
  • Oversee, evaluate, and continuously improve facility safety initiatives to ensure compliance with all applicable standards and to build a strong safety culture. This would include but not limited to: Supporting the annual Safety Plan development.
  • Coordinating required safety documentation for the facility (JSAs, Machine Guarding &PPE Assessments, New Equipment Evaluations, etc.)
  • Reviewing and ensuring proper updating and compliance of Facility Written Programs (LOTO, PIT, Hazcom, etc)

What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in safety, environment or related field or relevant work experience equivalent to a degree
  • Minimum 5 years of safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret governmental safety and environmental regulations (i.e., OSHA)
  • Personality, presence, and confidence to lead meetings, and coach peers & leaders.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently prioritizing work to achieve deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Position Pay Range
$100,000-$120,000 USD
