Job Summary:
Kyyba Inc is a global company providing high-quality resources and recruiting services. They are seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to develop and execute test plans for software and embedded systems, ensuring product quality through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test suites for software and embedded systems.
โ€ข Perform functional, regression, UAT, and live environment testing across platforms.
โ€ข Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as Jira, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
โ€ข Analyze system requirements and translate them into detailed test documentation and quality assurance protocols.
โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts to ensure product readiness.
โ€ข Support the implementation of agile practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
โ€ข Evaluate product performance post-release using analytics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
โ€ข Maintain quality documentation including FSDs, PRDs, and mock-ups.
โ€ข Provide training and mentorship to new team members on QA processes and tools.
โ€ข Risk minimization through use of appropriate risk assessment tools and verification of the robustness of detection and prevention systems for special characteristics.
โ€ข Support the development and maintenance of FMEAโ€™s and control plans
โ€ข Support the definition of quality processes and technical standards in cooperation with development, product management and manufacturing to ensure product quality

โ€ข Provide quality support to the technical and manufacturing teams, as well as drive/support daily operations.

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Higher Diploma in Software Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, and business analysis.
โ€ข Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC.
โ€ข Proficiency in QA tools such as Jira, YouTrack, and test management platforms.
โ€ข Experience with cross-platform testing and bug tracking.
โ€ข Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
โ€ข Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with global collaboration.
โ€ข Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for cross-functional collaboration.
โ€ข High attention to detail and ability to maintain rigorous quality documentation.
