Icons of design and paragons of performance and quality, Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove are the refrigeration, cooking, and dishwashing specialists found in world's most luxurious homes. The Quality Manager will lead a team of quality engineers and technicians at Goodyear, AZ manufacturing site.
Primary Responsibilities
In this role, you'll support both new product development and current production by improving systems, guiding quality improvements, and mentoring and growing Quality team members. Responsibilities include:
  • Hire, lead and develop site Quality Assurance team functions including Fabrication, Assembly, Calibration, Metrology and Customer Assurance Labs.
  • Creates site Quality Department goals, objectives and budgets that align with the Corporate Strategy.
  • Provides leadership and direction for advanced product quality planning, including development and implementation of process Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Control Plans and Capability / Statistical Studies.
  • Build a culture of quality through problem-solving and continuous improvement. Assists the department to identify issues, root cause analysis, and implement countermeasures using statistical tools when needed.
  • Measure, analyze and communicate of Quality Metrics to assure data-based decisions.
  • Develop, implement and maintain internal and external audit systems and qualification processes.
