Project Manager
Location: Catoosa, OK
Pay: $97k+ annually | Schedule: Day Shift | Type: Direct Hire


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate well-structured, approved action plans to ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to identify and order all long-lead items promptly to support project timelines.
  • Document and communicate project status, obstacles, and resolutions effectively to management.
  • Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to achieve mutually beneficial results across internal functional groups.
  • Apply traditional project management skills, including:
    • Organizing and planning projects
    • Establishing goals and monitoring performance
    • Assessing risks and anticipating challenges
    • Efficiently resolving issues as they arise
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of manufacturing supply chains and MRP systems.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to successfully achieve project goals.
  • Maintain persistence, vision, and a positive attitude to overcome challenges while fostering team morale.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively based on project demands.
