Description

Position Summary

As a Program Coordinator at ADDMAN's Wright City, MO facility, you will serve as the primary customer and internal liaison for orders supporting Aerospace and Defense customers. You will support all phases of order execution-from PO award through delivery-ensuring customer satisfaction and technical excellence. This role requires a high level of collaboration across Program Management, operations, quality, and supply chain to meet demanding customer requirements in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment. The Program Coordinator will balance customer order entry, schedule updates, and order changes with tactical execution to deliver world-class performance and drive continuous improvement across all orders. Note: This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR); U.S. person status is required.

Essential Job Functions

  • Serve as the primary customer point of contact for all assigned orders, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Perform order entry and performance tracking to achieve customer quality and delivery objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Program Management, and Operations to manage production schedules and resolve challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to ADDMAN's order management processes, maintaining accurate and timely order documentation.
  • Prepare and present order status reports to leadership and customers.
  • Support Program Management to develop, maintain, and report on key program metrics (on-time delivery, margin, quality performance, etc.).

Skill Requirements

  • Strong commitment to safety and a culture of accountability.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-value Aerospace and Defense Customers and Orders.
  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to build consensus and influence cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
  • Solid understanding of Additive Manufacturing, CNC machining, materials, and aerospace manufacturing requirements.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems, cost tracking, and scheduling tools.
  • Strong business acumen and customer orientation.
  • High integrity, initiative, and ownership mindset.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in order or project management within Additive manufacturing, precision machining, aerospace, or defense manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of AS9100 quality systems and ITAR compliance.
  • Experience with DFARS, government contracts, and customer audits is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Work Environment

The role requires frequent interaction with manufacturing operations, where PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed shoes is required. Typical plant conditions with ambient temperature, standard lighting, and machining equipment in use.

Physical Demands

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.) and movement throughout manufacturing areas. May involve accessing or observing equipment in confined or elevated spaces, following all safety procedures.
