Position Summary

The Production Team Lead is responsible for leading and supporting production associates to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role oversees daily production activities, maintains workplace organization, enforces company standards and procedures, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, coach, and motivate production associates to achieve operational goals.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Monitor production performance and address issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness in accordance with company standards.
  • Support quality control initiatives and ensure products meet customer requirements.

Education
