What You'll Do:
The Production Supervisor II provides experienced leadership for daily Service Center production operations and plays a key role in driving safety, quality, productivity, employee development, and continuous improvement. This position operates with a high degree of independence, supports complex operational priorities, coaches frontline leaders and team members, and partners closely with Service Center leadership to deliver consistent operational results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Championing a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and operational standards
  • Driving world-class safety performance by proactively identifying risks, investigating incidents, and leading corrective actions
  • Leading and developing a high-performing production team through coaching, accountability, recognition, and talent development
  • Providing guidance and support to Leads, Team Leads, and less experienced supervisors to strengthen leadership capability across the operation
  • Overseeing training, onboarding, cross-training, and skills development to build a flexible and engaged workforce
  • Monitoring production performance, staffing levels, labor utilization, and operational costs to achieve site goals and budget expectations
  • Leading quality programs and ensuring compliance with GMPs, SOPs, food safety, quality, and EH&S standards
  • Facilitating daily production activities to meet customer requirements while maintaining flexibility to support changing business demands
  • Partnering with maintenance, quality, HR, and site leadership to resolve operational challenges and drive consistent performance
  • Leading shift meetings and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, service, and productivity
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant business or technical field preferred
  • 7+ years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or service center operations experience preferred
  • 2+ years of supervisory or frontline leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with safety, quality, training, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse, inventory, or production management systems preferred
  • Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and sound decision-making skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 30 lbs., and work in a production environment
Pay and Perks:
  • Base Salary: $88,000โ€“$98,000 annually, based on experience
  • Annual Performance Bonus: Target of 10% of base salary
  • Quarterly Incentive Program: Eligibility for a salaried quarterly incentive plan tied to service center performance
