We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead and oversee our fiberglass manufacturing operation. In this role, you will manage a team of 11-20 employees, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently during day shifts. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will drive workflow organization, employee coaching, and continuous process improvements using ERP systems and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

  • Set and communicate daily production objectives
  • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities
  • Coach and oversee manufacturing employees to maintain performance standards
  • Enforce strict safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Schedule and monitor regular equipment maintenance to ensure safe use
