Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead all manufacturing operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Operations. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence by achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) while ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across the facility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all plant operations, including Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality.
  • Drive performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost (SQDC), Productivity, OEE, and 5S initiatives.
  • Ensure on-time delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead new product launches and industrialization activities alongside Project Management teams.
  • Oversee production planning, manpower allocation, and operational efficiency.
  • Champion Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, PDCA, 8D, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, operational KPIs, and manufacturing costs.
  • Develop and coach supervisors while building a strong safety-focused culture.
  • Partner with customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong experience managing plant operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience in tooling, stamping, and/or welded assembly environments.
  • Proven background in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, OEE, 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, SPC, PDCA, and 8D methodologies.
  • Experience managing Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost (SQDC) metrics, budgets, and operational KPIs.
  • Strong customer-facing experience with OEMs and/or Tier 1 suppliers preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Production Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
