Job description

Are you a passionate Process Engineer looking to grow your career, contribute to impactful projects, and learn alongside a dynamic team? Euclid is seeking a motivated engineer to join our manufacturing operations team and help us drive excellence in production capability and compliance.
What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Euclid, you will play a key role in enhancing our manufacturing operations by developing, implementing, and sustaining effective and compliant processes, procedures, and equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Investigating and resolving manufacturing process improvement opportunities through structured experimentation, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Planning and executing manufacturing improvement projects to achieve KPI goals, focusing on safety, reducing variability, improving lead times and outputs, and increasing labor and equipment efficiency.
  • Develop, execute, and review IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols of in-process machines, equipment, and utilities.
  • Collaborating with Production to establish and implement standard work practices (SOPs), training programs, and preventative maintenance for key manufacturing processes.
  • Creating and executing comprehensive process and equipment verification and validation test plans, including determining sample sizes for assigned projects.
  • Leading root cause analysis for issues identified during validation testing, customer complaints, or production yield losses.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in an engineering role
  • Medica device industry experience and knowledge of regulations (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and prioritize multiple medium-complexity projects and deliver results on time
