In this role, you will be at the forefront of optimizing manufacturing operations by developing, analyzing, and refining production processes . Your expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance product quality, and ensure manufacturing efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge manufacturing projects within a fast-paced industrial environment, utilizing your technical skills and leadership abilities to make a tangible impact on our production excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for various gear products, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies or defects and develop effective corrective actions.
  • Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo to design process layouts, tooling, and fixtures that support manufacturing operations.
  • Program and troubleshoot industrial automation CNC equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), vision inspection systems, and robot programming to streamline production workflows.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with design engineers, quality teams, and production staff to facilitate seamless process integration and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Apply Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance overall process performance.
  • Analyze engineering data related to manufacturing processes to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost-saving measures.

Skills

  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and general CAD principles for schematic design and layout planning.
