Job description

Job Summary Th e Manufacturing & Warehouse Associate is responsible for producing sterile and non-sterile media products, including cell culture media, salt solutions, reagents, buffers, antibiotics, and therapeutics. This role performs aseptic operations, filling, and packaging, while ensuring facility cleanliness and compliance with cGMP standards. Third-shift associates are additionally responsible for preparing clean rooms for daily operations. Key Responsibilities P erform aseptic operations inside and outside clean room environments Conduct sterile cleaning following SOPs Sterilize production items using autoclaves and dry heat ovens Assist with equipment changeovers and IQ/OQ/PQ validations Rotate across pre/post filling positions (prepping, packing, labeling, rework, bagging) Perform torque and fill checks for bottle runs Maintain cleanliness in manufacturing areas Document activities in batch records per cGMP standards Train new employees on manufacturing operations Perform basic PeopleSoft functions as required Contribute to continuous improvement initiati ves Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3–12 months of relevant experience Ability to work in clean room and regulated environments Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 25 lbs Willingness to wear PPE (gowning, safety glasses, gloves, mask, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing experience Experience working in clean room environments Education: High School
