Location: 401 Taylor Avenue, Gordonsville VA, 22942
Full-Time | Benefits Eligible

Shift Schedule
  • Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

FM Expressions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bindery Packer to join our production team. This position plays an important role in ensuring finished printed materials are properly inspected, packed, and prepared for distribution to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Examine cut materials for imperfections and notify the Bindery Cutter of any issues
  • Remove finished materials and transfer them to the next production station
  • Ensure printed materials are stacked neatly and accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area around machinery
  • Operate machinery safely and follow all workplace safety procedures
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with team members
  • Assist with additional production-related duties as needed
Qualifications
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to bend, twist, pull, and reach overhead or below the knees
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Previous manufacturing or bindery experience preferred, but not required
Work Environment
  • Well-lit and ventilated production facility
  • Moderate to loud noise levels
  • Work involves operating around large machinery and moving mechanical parts
  • Safety-focused environment with PPE provided
