As a Manufacturing Operator, you will support plant operations by performing equipment maintenance, operating production machinery, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining production continuity, supporting quality requirements, and executing preventive maintenance activities while working under minimal supervision.

You will work closely with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability, product quality, and adherence to all safety and manufacturing standards.

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for:

Assisting in maintaining plant production by performing repairs within the scope of expertise.

Interpreting and executing work orders while following established safe work procedures.

Performing mechanical repairs on plant equipment and completing preventive maintenance activities as scheduled.

Setting up, monitoring, and operating manufacturing, production, and process-related equipment.

Operating multiple machines simultaneously to support production requirements.

Performing quality assurance activities in accordance with manufacturing, engineering, and ISO requirements.

Executing specialized process functions and operating associated equipment.

Monitoring, testing, and verifying finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

Utilizing general hand tools and precision measuring equipment to support maintenance and production activities.

Assisting with the transportation, loading, and unloading of finished products and raw materials.

Cleaning production equipment and collecting product samples for analysis.

Operating and adjusting process controls to maintain production efficiency and product quality.

Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing instrumentation systems associated with production equipment.

Supporting production activities in indoor and outdoor environments across varying weather conditions.

Following competency management program requirements and working effectively with minimal supervision.
